The Martingale Roulette System
The Martingale is the most common strategy used in roulette and also
Online Roulette, and goes on the basis that even if you’re loosing, you won’t be loosing for long, therefore any previous losses should be recovered in your first winning bet.
The Martingale Roulette System can be used on any 50/50 bet, for example black or red, or odd or even. To start with, the minimum table bet should be laid on your choice. If you loose, bet again on the same thing but this time double your previous bet.

Should you loose again, you should place another bet on the same thing, again double the value of the previous bet. In this way, if the table minimum is $20, that is what your first bet will be; your second would be $40; your third $80; your fourth $160; and so on. This works because, if you loose the first three, you win back the value of you’re previous bets, plus the value of the original bet as profit; $20 + $40 + $80 equals $140, i.e. all the money you staked, plus $20 extra. There are two things to watch out for with the Martingale Roulette System;
first of all make sure the table maximum is high enough for you to bet a reasonable number of times before you hit the maximum and can no longer double your bet; it only works if the bet gets doubled every time. Secondly, just bear in mind that this isn’t the fastest return or the most exciting game; you continuously bet on the same thing, and when you win your profit is quite small, having said that, you will win fairly often.
The Grand Martingale Roulette System
The Grand Martingale is very similar to the regular Martingale Roulette System, except that rather than just doubling after each non-win, you double and add one. In our above example the first bet would be $20, and the second $60, the third would be $140; the basic idea is the same as the Martingale except that in the Grand Martingale you make more of a profit when you do win.
